At FarmSilk Skincare, we're committed to delivering your skincare favorites quickly, safely, and with care. Below you'll find all the details about our shipping process so you know exactly what to expect.

1. Processing Time

  • Orders are processed within 7 business days after payment confirmation.
  • Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next available business day.
  • During high-demand periods (sales, holidays), processing may take an extra 1–2 days.
  • Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking notification by email.

2. Shipping Rates & Methods

    • USPS Ground Advantage (2–5 business days): carrier-calculated at checkout.
    • USPS Priority Mail (2–3 business days): carrier-calculated at checkout.
    • USPS Priority Mail Express (1–2 business days): carrier-calculated at checkout.
    • Free Standard Shipping — on orders over $100.
    • We currently ship within the 48 contiguous states only.

3. Packaging & Product Care

  • All skincare products are packed securely to prevent leaks or damage.
  • Because our products are made with natural, preservative-free ingredients, they are sensitive to heat. During warmer months, we recommend selecting USPS Priority Mail or Priority Mail Express at checkout to ensure your order arrives in perfect condition.
  • Upon arrival, store all products in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight.

4. Tracking Your Order

  • Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with your tracking number.
  • You can track your order anytime via the carrier's website or through the Shop app.

5. Delays & Issues

  • While we work with reliable carriers, delays due to weather or carrier issues are beyond our control.
  • Every order shipped through FarmSilk Skincare includes carrier shipping protection. If your package is lost or damaged in transit, please contact us at farmsilkskincare@gmail.com within 7 days of the expected delivery date and we will work to make it right.

6. Returns & Exchanges

  • Because our products are preservative-free and made in small batches, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges. To help you find your perfect match before committing to a full size, we offer sample sizes of most products — a great way to try before you buy!
